The Chocolate Dozen was established in 2018. Its Chief Yummy Officer, Zenaida (Zee), has been crafting special treats since 2010 for friends, family, teachers and neighbors. The ‘chocolate’ is a delicious component and the ‘dozen’ represents the amount of smiles of joy surrounding one of Zee's care packages of creations. Often enjoyed around birthday parties and holidays, Zee has a passion for creating sweet treats that brings the "WOW!" factor to everyone.

Born and raised on Guam, Zenaida remembers fond childhood memories of her and her sister walking around the neighborhood selling the cupcakes and cookies they just baked. She has always enjoyed baking, and after years of giving friends and neighbors and assortment of her confections, she’s perfected the right mixture of treats and developed much excitement by everyone who has had her baked goods. With the many compliments she’s received for all the details wrapped around a ribbon of goodness, and with the encouragement of many loved ones, Zenaida decided to create her own company, The Chocolate Dozen.

The Chocolate Dozen is based out of San Ramon CA, whose services offer artisan baked treats which can be delivered or picked up locally around the SF Bay Area or shipped nationwide within the US. All treats are freshly baked and made with only the highest quality ingredients. Every delectable treat offered on the store is carefully selected, and that have proven to be a hands down favorite, and of course kid approved as well. The confirmation comes from both her taste testers as well as reactions from people after they've sank their teeth into one of her delectables. She constantly works on crafting fabulous collections of treats for gifts during the holidays, and hand-picking her best sellers to offer all year long. Her ultimate goal is to bring big smiles to everyones' faces, because that's how life should be enjoyed when eating sweet treats.
