We combined two classic Asian treats into one to create the most desirable cookie out there.  Imagine biting into a soft chocolate chip cookie, only to find chewy and gooey strands of mochi inside. Introducing our Stuffed Mochi Cookies that come in 3 flavors:  Black Sesame, Matcha or Miso chocolate chip.  When you break the cookies into half, the mochi will pull apart like warm mozzarella cheese while the cookies crumble along with it.  Need I say more?
